ETBU Enrollment Tops 2,000 Students for First Time

MARSHALL, Texas-East Texas Baptist University has announced a record Fall 2026 enrollment of 2,024 students, marking the first time the university has exceeded 2,000 students. The enrollment includes 1,780 undergraduate students and 244 graduates students, an increase of 117 students from previous fall semester. University leaders attribute the growth to strong academic programs, faith-based education, and continued support from students, families, alumni, and faculty. ETBU says it remains committed to preparing Christian servant leaders through academic excellence and spiritual development.
