By purchasing services through KJTX 104.5 FM, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.

All services must be paid in full and in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- On-air advertising spots

- Sponsorship packages

- Program features or segments

- Digital or streaming promotions

- Website or app-based placements

KJTX 104.5 FM reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or deny services if payment is not received.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to KJTX 104.5 FM are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of media scheduling, airtime reservations, and promotional commitments:

- No refunds will be issued once payment is processed

- No refunds for unused airtime or missed opportunities caused by the client

- No refunds for early termination of agreements

3. Rescheduling & Credits

- Limited rescheduling may be offered if requested in advance

- Service credits may be issued instead of refunds when appropriate

KJTX is not obligated to provide rescheduling or credits.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting KJTX 104.5 FM.

Any fraudulent or unjustified disputes may result in:

- Immediate suspension of services

- Permanent refusal of future business

- Legal action if necessary

5. Sponsorship & Advertising Commitments

All sponsorship and advertising purchases are considered binding agreements once payment is received.

- Exact airtime may vary due to programming needs

- Placement is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

6. Pricing & Adjustments

- Adjust pricing at any time
