Refund Policy

KJTX 104.5 FM – A Wisdom Ministries Station offers media, promotional, sponsorship, and merchandise-related services. Because these offerings are different in nature, refund eligibility varies by category.

1. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Media Services

All payments for advertising, sponsorships, on-air placements, promotional campaigns, digital placements, and related media services are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- On-air advertising spots

- Sponsorship packages

- Program mentions or features

- Digital promotions

- Website or app-based promotional placements

Once payment is submitted and scheduling or production has begun, no refunds will be issued.

2. Merchandise Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- Item must be unused and in original condition

- Item must be returned in original packaging when possible

- Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

- Advertising or sponsorship purchases

- Digital products or downloadable items

- Customized or special-order merchandise

- Clearance or final sale items

- Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by shipping

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, contact KJTX 104.5 FM within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued at KJTX’s discretion.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

- A damaged item

- An incorrect item sent by KJTX 104.5 FM

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for eligible merchandise will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.
